The terms governing the sale of products through mersenexpress.com.

We are an independent distributor of Mersen products. All products supplied are genuine Mersen items covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Mersen and Ferraz Shawmut are trademarks of Mersen S.A.; this website is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mersen S.A.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Product availability and lead times are confirmed at order acceptance.

Prices are quoted excluding applicable taxes, duties and shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are stated on the quotation or invoice.

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. Risk in the goods passes on delivery. Please inspect goods on receipt and report transit damage or shortages within 48 hours.

Returns are accepted per our Returns & Refunds policy. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with prior approval from our team.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that products selected are suitable for the intended application; technical guidance we provide does not replace review by a qualified engineer.
